Classical Acupuncture Mentorship 2024

Overview

The Classical Acupuncture Mentorship is a comprehensive, clinically-focused journey through the complement channel system of Chinese medicine.

This class presents the sinew, luo, divergent and extraordinary channels in a systematic way so that each channel system can be understood both individually and in relationship to the whole. This is essential: taking individual courses in complement channel theory without the entire picture is like trying to put a puzzle together with only half the pieces. The picture simply will not be clear.

The primary channel system deals exclusively with the present moment and excels at moderating acute symptoms that are occurring now. They deal with symptom management as opposed to disease remission.

The primary channels work as a system of triage in relation to the complement channels. They direct pathology to the appropriate “holding” area in the complement channel system where the body stores pathology in latency. This is where we find answers to the most challenging health cases.

Format

Participants may attend the live-streams (recommended), or watch the videos on their own time, or a combination of both. Distance learning can be done anytime on your own schedule.

The 2024 Mentorship will begin on January 28, 2024. There are 7 classes per module. Each class is 3 hours long. Each module will offer 20 hours of continuing education. Classes can be taken live or via recorded videos.

Recordings are made available for streaming within 72 hours of the lecture and are available for the year.

It is recommended that participants take the course in order from Module I to Module III.  The live cohort begins every year in January.
